SERVICE PACKAGES
For medical treatment in Cuba, the patient must attendt the Placental Histotherapy Center. For this reason the patient must remain in Havana for a minimum of 4 nights and 5 days, since the treatment is carried out on 3 consecutive days.
The patient must discontinue all treatment carried out 45 days before the trip, arriving in Havana on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday to attend the medical appointment the next day.

It is possible that when filling out this form you still do not have the date of your trip defined, purchased the air ticket or defined where to stay, but you can also fill it out. By filling out this form, you are indicating that you WILL take our accommodation and transfers services in Havana and in future communications we can define those details.
IMPORTANT:
- If you want us to make the air reservation to Havana, you must tell us in the comments
- The service packages are prepared with the hotels that are in the vicinity of the clinic, it is not possible to walk but they are a maximum of 10 minutes in a taxi.
- Packages are for 4 nights and 5 days. If you need more nights or a tourism package, please request it in the comments.
- You must arrive in Havana on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.
- Hotel prices are per person, per night, per room and for the complete package.
- The prices of the houses for rent are per Room
- Prices are in usd.
The prices include:
- Breakfast.
- Trip from the airport to the hotel.
- Transfer from the Hotel to the clinic on the first day of assistance (the return transfer and the other days are not included).
Transfer from the Hotel to the airport on the day of return.
- Assistance services (typical orientations of the place, management in airlines, management in hospitals, etc.)
- English and French translator the first consultation if necessary, the rest of the days you must hire them additionally.
