The tuition fee for all majors is 1,000.00 USD

Once you receive the notification to study in Cuba, you must make the payment of 1000.00 USD corresponding to the registration fee to guarantee your place.

After payment is confirmed, you will receive an Acceptance Letter from the assigned university. This is the official document that guarantees your place at the university.

The first tuition installment must be paid 21 to 30 days before your departure.

INFORMATION ON PRICES FOR MEDICAL SCIENCES SPECIALTIES

Prices for academic services include:

Right to attend all teaching and optional activities, both theoretical and practical.
Right to all exams, including the final state exam.
Certification of grades for academic periods and the final.
Delivery of the specialist title legalized by the University at the end of the specialty.
Use of library services during studies.

SPANISH PREPARATORY COURSE

The preparatory course is mandatory for foreign students whose native language is not Spanish, with the exception of those who demonstrate their proficiency in the Spanish language through a proficiency exam (oral and written). ), by personal request, prior to the start of your studies.

It will be An essential condition for the continuity of university studies is that students pass the preparatory studies or proficiency exam in the command of the Spanish language.

Duration of the preparatory course: 20 weeks

Spanish courses start in February and September

Students who start the Spanish course in February finish their course in July and return to their country.

They must return to Cuba in January of next year for the start of the race.

Students who start the Spanish course in September finish in February and begin their degree.

The Cuban Medical Services Marketing Company (CSMC) establishes payment policies that are listed below:

CASH PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTED.
Medical programs and other services must be prepaid before arrival at the corresponding medical institution or UCM.

Payments are by bank transfer from abroad or online payments through the payment gateway. Online payments will be made using credit, debit or prepaid cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, AMERICAN EXPRESS, ServiRed and VISA Electron.

You can also pay directly at the Cuban Medical Services Marketing Company once in Havana, but the first payment must be from your country ONLINE.

Once your trip is confirmed, we will send you the link with the corresponding payment invitation.

You must confirm with your bank that the card can be used in Cuba and that it has the appropriate funds and limits enabled.

We are not responsible if your card does not work while in Cuba. and cannot begin the registration procedures

Regardless of whether the prices are established in USD, transfers cannot be made in US dollars or from banks or branches with US capital. For this reason, the transfer must be made in Euros/Pounds Sterling/Canadian Dollars.
The shipment must specify the name of the student to whom the payment is intended.
It must be ensured that the Cuban party receives the full agreed amount, without discounts.
The expenses associated with bank transfers made in favor of Comercializadora de Servicios Médicos Cubanos, S.A. (CSMC) for the payment of the agreed academic activity in correspondence with the terms of this Annex, will be assumed entirely by each student, so that CSMC receives the corresponding amount, free of surcharges and other discounts that may apply.

While in Cuba you can make the payment in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Medical Services Marketing Company.
A discount of up to three percent of the value of the academic year is authorized if full payment is made before starting the academic year.
