Wellness and Quality of Life Program

Brief introduction of the program: The International Health Center "La Pradera" combining nature, tranquility and comfort offers you a health program based on Ayurveda medicine, “Science of Life”, ancient, ancient wisdom, with more than 5,000 years of application in India, than at its conception. Uses a multitude of therapeutic resources with the purpose of maintaining or reestablish the balance of the body's biological energies, promoting rejuvenation. Panchakarma, leading treatment of Ayurveda medicine, art of purification and deep detoxification.

MEDICAL PROGRAM

Initial stage of metabolic correction (Deepana/Pachana): It is carried out by traditional medical professionals, to carry out the first check-up and therapeutic design of each patient, upon arrival at the center.

Body preparation stage (Purvakarma): It will include multiple Abhyanga massage sessions (could different types) Swedana or steam bath (vashpa sweda) and Ghee treatment, consists of seven days.

Therapy stage: It means different treatment actions. These therapies are: Vamana, Virechana, Nasya, Basti and Raktamoskshana. Not all of these therapies are used in all people.

Post-purification diet.

Other therapies: The  encouragement (they could be of different types) the Shirodhara  and depending on the patient and their evolution, others may be indicated.

Final evaluation and recommendations.
