CORIODERMINA
Choriodermin is a gel that contains a placental factor that inhibits the development of psoriatic crises by regulating the speed of reproduction of epidermal cells or keratinocytes, by neutralizing the stimulating effect of various chemical mediators of the inflammatory process, such as neuroleptics and cytokines. It comes in the form of a water-soluble jelly that exerts its action on the dermal layer by transcutaneous absorption from the application site.
COMPOSITION OF CHORYODERMINE
Every 100 g. Contains: Biostimulant human placental fraction of epidermal cell transformation solubilized in ethanol (90 degrees), 59 ml. Water soluble excipient, 100 g.
EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TREATMENT WITH CORIODERMINA
It has been shown that 86% of patients respond positively to treatment with this drug. At the beginning of the treatment, in 30% of the cases, when the application of the jelly on the psoriatic lesions begins, a reactivation or crisis of the disease occurs, characterized by a marked reddening of the plaques accompanied by an intensification of itching and peeling, as well as an increase in the thickness and number of them.
This effect lasts approximately 15-25 days, the symptoms gradually attenuating until the lesions, itching and desquamation disappear in the following 30 to 60 days.

METHOD OF USE OF CHORYODERMINE
The CORIODERMINA must be applied with the fingertips on the psoriatic lesions, spreading it gently without rubbing, three times a day, with intervals of 8 hours (morning, noon and night). After each application, the treated areas should be left uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, thus ensuring adequate dermal penetration.

Its safety allows it to be used in both children and adults, including the elderly, pregnant women and women during their menstrual period.
